The Afiq M woman of this season is active and crazy adventurous. She is tough but playful. She is edgy and versatile. It has always been in our brand’s DNA to be a believer of women empowerment and for S/S 20 that spirit is stronger than ever. Comfort and versatility focused as our woman zips her way across town from a board meeting, to lunch with girlfriends, and then straight to a flight bound for Zanzibar.
This season once again we are reworking adaptable pieces in natural tones like monochrome, blush, nude and beige which our wearers can incorporate with items in their wardrobe. Some of our outerwear include soft trenches, robes and cropped jackets that are tropics friendly. Layer as you please. As always, tailoring will be the focus, and this season we introduce vegan leather suits. Our evening lineup features sleek liquid satins, and draping with accents of ostrich feathers and beaded tassels.
There is a variation of animal prints (in leopard and snake to be exact) some of which are juxtaposed into a look, created specifically for that highspirited soul. Usage of linens, crepes, chiffons and organza with subtle detailing like contrast piping and detachable belts that has been synonymous with the house codes. Detachable pockets that are done with vegan leather and sequins. Play up the looks and make it your own.
